Valentine's Day

One of my first digital photographs was of a pair of yellow lilies. It was taken on a photo trip to the garden at Washoe Park with a dear friend.

I have gotten so much milage out of that photo! It's been chopped, cropped, recolored into more colors than it should be, made into a heart shape, etc. It has been used as a Christmas card (bright red and green), an Easter card (white lilies with purple leaves) and a heart-shaped Valentine. It's a precious photo that can provide so many hours of sheer delight and render so well when manipulated.
